I’m a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for building businesses and helping others create financial freedom through real estate. Over the years, I’ve successfully founded and grown multiple companies across different industries — each one built on hard work, systems, and a drive to create lasting results.

I launched TS Computing, which continues to operate today, and went on to purchase and scale Weldmech Engineering. I later co-founded EZ Laundry, a modern laundromat venture, and CS Investments, our real estate investment company focused on both long-term and short-term rental properties across Canada and the U.S. I also built Sunscape Vacation Rentals, a growing short-term rental brand in Florida that’s become known for exceptional guest experiences and strong returns.

Today, I also help Coach Canadians and Americans confidently invest in US Real Estate while building strategies that create time freedom, wealth and security for their families

Behind everything I do is my family — my wife Julie and our two daughters, Harper and Kali. They’re my reason for working hard, building businesses, and creating opportunities that give us the freedom to enjoy more time together.

Whether it’s spending winters in the Florida sun, making memories at our vacation rentals, or simply having the flexibility to be there for school events, hockey, and everyday moments — family is the driving force behind every decision I make.

The long-term vision is simple: build a life where my kids grow up seeing what’s possible, create experiences they’ll never forget, and eventually pass down a business and legacy they can be proud of.
